If publishing help has not been delivered as agreed, contact support within 7 days of payment with your details, and we will review the work and, where applicable, complete it or refund the undelivered part.
What is refundable: publishing help not delivered as agreed. What is not refundable: editing or publishing work already completed and delivered, or change of mind after work is done.
